The bottom floor offers a cozy den with a gas fireplace, an arcade game with 300 options, a piano, and a second kitchen with bar seating. Direct access from the bottom floor leads to the outdoor bar, lounge, and an awe-inspiring pool with a water slide, all with breathtaking views of the river. Additionally, two outdoor balconies on the middle floor provide ample covered outdoor entertaining space.
The estate also includes a detached 2-car garage, with a 1-bedroom studio apartment above it. Guests at the apartment are provided a parking spot on the shared driveway and access to the porch swing overlooking the river.
